This policy concerns direct purchases from 3dcollective.shop, operated by 3D COLLECTIVE LLC, trading as 3D Collective. Read it with our Terms of Service and the information for your selected product.
Accepted cards and currency
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Direct-store prices and checkout amounts are in US dollars (USD). Select the card option available for your transaction and follow the checkout instructions.
If your card account uses another currency, your bank or card provider may apply a conversion rate or fee. Contact that provider for its terms. A currency displayed by Etsy or another external service does not change the currency of a direct-store order.
Reviewing the total
Before submitting payment, review the product, option, quantity, any valid discount and the final total. Check any applicable sales tax shown for the transaction. Sales-tax treatment depends on the order and applicable collection obligations; we do not advertise one nationwide tax rate or represent every order as tax-free.
Our standard shipping offer is free under the Shipping Policy. If you are unsure about an amount shown before payment, contact us for clarification. Do not assume an Etsy promotion or marketplace shipping charge applies to this website.
Authorization, charges and order status
Your card provider may perform authorization, fraud-prevention or authentication checks. A pending authorization is different from a settled charge. It does not by itself show that an item has shipped. The payment service and your bank can display these stages differently.
Keep the order reference and any confirmation provided at checkout. If a payment appears pending but you cannot identify an order, email support before repeatedly trying again. We can help check the store's order record; your bank can explain an authorization appearing in its own systems.
Failed or duplicate payments
Check your entered information and any authentication request if payment fails. If you suspect a duplicate charge, contact support@3dcollective.shop with the order references and a description of the issue. Redact sensitive information from any statement excerpt. We will investigate and correct a duplicate payment where a refund is due.
Do not send a complete card number, security code, banking password or one-time code by email or through a contact form. Customer service does not need those credentials to locate an order or discuss a refund.
Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day voluntary return notification window, eligibility and the separate remedies for faults and seller errors. There is no restocking fee. Customers pay postage for change-of-mind returns.
For an eligible ordinary return, we initiate the refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned goods, or after confirming that no return is needed, subject to any earlier legal deadline. The refund includes the amount paid for the returned items and associated refundable sales tax. Discounts are reflected in the amount actually paid.
Refunds are made to the original payment method where available. If it cannot receive the refund, we will explain and arrange a lawful alternative. We do not substitute mandatory store credit for a monetary refund you are entitled to receive.
Refund initiation and the credit reaching your account are different events. Bank posting time varies; no fixed bank receipt estimate is promised here. Contact us if you need the refund reference or want us to investigate an apparent missing credit.
For a refund required under the FTC shipment rule for a canceled, unshipped order paid using the accepted third-party cards, the separate deadline is 7 working days after cancellation for the required refund instructions and customer confirmation, subject to an earlier applicable requirement. You do not need to return an item you never received.
Secure payment and marketplace orders
Use the website's checkout process and review your browser's connection information before entering payment details. Stop if the browser displays a security warning. Our Secure Checkout page gives practical guidance; our Privacy Policy addresses information handling.
