Terms of service

These terms cover use of 3dcollective.shop and direct website purchases from 3D COLLECTIVE LLC, trading as 3D Collective. They apply alongside the product information and any specific commitments agreed for your order. Please read the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. You may save these terms for your records.

The seller

3D COLLECTIVE LLC is a Texas limited liability company with Texas Secretary of State file number 0806077400. Its registered office is 17350 State Highway 249, Suite 220, Houston, TX 77064, United States. This address identifies the registered-agent office; it does not identify where a particular product is made or shipped.

Products and selection

Review the product description, photographs, measurements, selected options and included components before purchasing. Display accessories may be shown with collectible cards or other demonstration items. Only items identified as included in the listing form part of the purchase. A photograph of several options does not mean every option is included.

For holders and inserts, check the stated compatibility and dimensions for the particular product. For magnets or sets, check the selected pack and quantity. Ask us before ordering if a specification is important and is not clear from the listing.

Production characteristics, including visible printing texture where relevant, do not excuse undisclosed damage, a defect or a material mismatch with the product description. Colors can vary with lighting and display settings, but the product must still match its description in material respects. We do not claim that every product has the same materials, performance or manufacturing location.

Ordering and changes

Check your cart, quantity, product options, contact details and delivery address before submitting an order. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Purchases must be made by a person able to enter into the transaction or with appropriate authorization.

An order reference helps identify the transaction. A bank authorization or label-created message alone is not proof of shipment. If checkout or payment status is unclear, contact us before repeating the purchase so we can help investigate a possible duplicate.

Email promptly if you need to correct an address, change an option or request cancellation. Whether a change can be made depends on the stage of production and shipment. We will explain the available options. This does not limit rights concerning an unshipped, defective or incorrectly supplied order.

Availability and material errors

If an item cannot be supplied, or a material error affects an order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not impose a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Where an order is canceled and a refund is due, we will refund the appropriate amount. This clause does not permit us to disregard a binding obligation or remove a legal remedy.

Prices, taxes and payment

Direct-store prices and checkout amounts are in US dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. See the Payment Policy for payment questions and refund procedures.

Review the final total and any applicable sales tax before paying. Tax treatment depends on the transaction and applicable collection obligations; there is no single nationwide sales-tax rate. A bank using a different account currency may apply its own conversion rate or fee.

Standard shipping is free under the Shipping Policy. Any promotion applies according to the terms displayed for that offer. An Etsy price or marketplace promotion is not automatically an offer on this website. No optional paid addition should be treated as agreed merely because you are browsing or asking a question.

Handling and delivery

The intended standard estimates are 1–2 business days for handling, followed by 2–3 business days of carrier transit, for 3–5 business days total. The total is the sum of those stages; handling must not be added again. The Shipping Policy addresses the scope of that estimate and production-dependent timing.

If we cannot ship within an applicable promised time, we will follow the required delay-notice, consent, cancellation and refund procedures. A general warning about carrier delays does not replace those obligations. Report a delayed, damaged or apparently missing parcel so we can investigate and explain the appropriate remedy.

Returns and cancellation

The voluntary return offer allows you to notify us within 30 calendar days after receipt, with the day after delivery counted as day one. Send an eligible return within 14 calendar days after we supply instructions. New or like-new goods with their included components are eligible, subject to the full policy. Standard made-to-order goods are not automatically excluded.

Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; there is no restocking fee. We initiate eligible ordinary return refunds within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods, or after confirming no return is needed, subject to any earlier legal requirement. Bank posting time is additional and is not guaranteed by us.

The Return and Refund Policy separately addresses faults, seller errors, pre-shipment cancellation and delayed or unshipped orders. It preserves applicable federal and state rights. The voluntary offer is not described as a universal US statutory cancellation period.

Product use and consumer protections

Follow the information and care instructions supplied for the specific item. Do not infer food-contact suitability, child safety, heat resistance, load capacity or protective performance from the fact that an item is 3D printed. Contact us about the intended use if it is not covered by the description.

We do not use these terms to disclaim all warranties, exclude responsibility for our errors, or remove protections that cannot lawfully be waived. A claim about a defective or misdescribed product will be considered under the applicable facts and law, including any rights that continue beyond the voluntary return window.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not use the website to place fraudulent orders, distribute malicious content, obtain unauthorized access or interfere with other users. Protect any account credentials and report suspected misuse.

Website text, photographs, designs and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to the business or other rights holders. A purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights. You may retain information for your personal purchase records. If you believe content infringes a right you hold, identify the material and your concern through our support email so it can be reviewed.

External platforms and privacy

Purchases on 3DCollectiveLLC on Etsy follow the terms of that transaction and applicable platform protections. Any marketplace reviews or sales figures identified on this website remain attributed to Etsy and are not presented as website-order reviews.

The Privacy Policy explains handling of information. Accepting sales terms does not itself provide consent to every optional marketing or tracking activity.

Complaints and applicable law

Send your order reference, an explanation of the problem and the resolution you seek to support@3dcollective.shop. We will investigate and explain our response. You may provide further information if you disagree.

This process does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, using an available payment dispute process or pursuing legal remedies. Applicable federal and state law governs your rights. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or impose exclusive Texas court jurisdiction.

If a term cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law. Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights or agreed terms for an existing purchase.
